I’m liking it a lot now!
I’m hitting power PBs and can “feel” an efficiency when I train on the bike and in the gym, both aerobically & anaerobically.
I’ve settled on taking 3 tablets before easier / steady sessions and 4 tablets before hard/long/race sessions, AM only.
