My son will be 12 next week and we finished 45 minutes after some of the Elites. So I was real happy with that as he was dominating some Killer Obstacles.
I ground of 3 of the AFA 60 minutes before the race as you recommended. Then later in the day with my dinner I took 2 of the Chlorella. I definitely feel energized, not like caffeine, just good and ready to rumble.”
