“I’ve been diagnosed with Beta thalassemia, which is a blood disorder that reduces the production of hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is the iron-containing protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen to cells throughout the body.
People with beta thalassemia have low levels of hemoglobin lead to a lack of oxygen in many parts of the body. So I decided to try both Biotropic AFA and Chlorella.
It’s taken a bit of playing around with the dosages to get the maximum benefit of the product, but after a while I’ve noticed not only my fitness but also my quality of life has improved.
For example, walking up a flight of stairs used to cause me to feel light headed and see butterflies. Now I’m able to get up a flight of stairs without seeing butterflies albeit fatigued (but who isn’t after walking up a flight of stairs?).
I’ve noticed on my easy runs that my breathing is a lot less labored and I’m physically able to enjoy running and not worry that I’ll run out of gas or fatigue before the end of my run.
On long distance days I usually do 3 AFAs in the mornings and 3 AFAs in the afternoons and on days where I do speed work I use 3 Chlorella in the mornings and 3 Chlorella in the afternoons.
You really have to become an experiment of one! What works for one person might not work for another, but being patient and be willing to experiment to achieve your desired goals.
Thanks for your recommended plans!”
