Many of us are entrepreneurs with an online presence, so I wanted to pass along my experience with an antispam software BioTropicLabs uses to necessary and superior effect. I wouldn’t put this on your radar if I didn’t find that it is a superior solution to significant website spam and credit card testing issues I endured. If you’ve had similar issues, then this is worth a quick read.
My particular spam and credit card testing issue was going on for some time on my site and oddly, my tech team (outsourced and USA based) simply could not solve the problem, raised their hands up in defeat, and left me to figure it all out. Before I discovered CT, in order to solve my spam and credit card phishing problems, the solution I intended to employ was as follows: website purchases would be made as seamlessly as usual (for you), but in order to kill off the problem, we would process your orders manually. Problem solved, but with more manual work than really necessary these days. To maintain smooth automation, I needed a better solution.

Now I’ll simply cut to the chase: CleanTalk.org knocked out 99.9% of the spam problem, and 100% of the credit card phishing problem. On rare occasion some loser spammer gets through, but CT captures every site transaction and alerts me to those too. I can then manually and easily mark that clown off as spam, so even those types are killed off well. Moreover, the software protects from hacking and brute force login attempts. I’m very happy to have this added protection, and the service is highly customizable for the user.
Bottom line, I have used CleanTtalk.org for over 2 years now without any problems whatsoever, and their customer support is fast — a rarity these days. After 2 years of use, I feel I must pass along my experience and let you know of my complete satisfaction with them; so, I am highly recommending it to anyone who may be dealing with these kinds of issues.
Oh, lest I forget, their customer service response time is excellent. So, kudos to them for not only a superior product, but, in my experience, fast acting customer service as well.
